📋 File List and Filtering

List View​

The Files section displays all your files in a table format with the following columns:

🖥️ Desktop View (Large Screens)​

  • ☑️ Checkbox: For multiple selection
  • ▶️ Preview: Play/preview button
  • 📁 Type: File MIME type (e.g., image/png, audio/mp3)
  • 🏷️ Format: File category (image, audio, video, text)
  • 📄 File name: Complete file name
  • 🔍 Detection: Detection process status
  • 🔗 Traceability: Traceability process status
  • 🛡️ Protection: Protection process status
  • 📅 Created: Creation date
  • ⬇️ Download: Individual download button
  • ☰ Results: Details button (red hamburger)

📱 Mobile View (Small Screens)​

The view simplifies to show:

  • Selection checkbox
  • File type icon
  • File name
  • Status of the three processes (Detection, Traceability, Protection)
  • Details button (red hamburger)
Mobile Actions

On small screens, you must enter Details to download the file.

🔍 Search and Filters​

Search by Name​

"Search files" field at the top (outside the filter panel):

  1. Type the file name or part of it
  2. The list will filter in real-time
  3. Clear the text to see all files

🔻 Show/Hide Filters Button​

On all screens (desktop and mobile) you'll see a red button with funnel icon:

  • Click to open/close the filter panel
  • Shows a bubble with a number indicating active filters
  • Allows you to show or hide all filters in a compact way

Available Filters​

1️⃣ Format​

Filter by file category:

  • audio 🎵
  • text 📄
  • image 🖼️
  • video 🎥

2️⃣ Type (MIME Type)​

Filter by specific MIME type. Options by format:

Images:

  • image/png
  • image/jpeg
  • image/bpm
  • image/gif

Audio:

  • audio/ogg
  • audio/opus
  • audio/mp4
  • audio/mpeg
  • audio/wav
  • audio/x-wav
  • audio/x-m4a

Video:

  • video/mp4
  • video/mpeg

Text:

  • text/plain
  • application/pdf

3️⃣ Detection, Traceability, and Protection (Process States)​

Filter by the status of each process (Detection, Traceability, or Protection).

Available states:

  • created 🆕: File created, process not started
  • queued ⏳: Waiting in queue for processing
  • processing ⚙️: Currently processing
  • ready ✔️: Ready to be processed or downloaded
  • error ❌: Error during process
  • alert ⚠️: Alert detected during process
  • ok ✅: Process completed successfully

4️⃣ Created (Creation Date)​

Filter by date range:

  • Start date: Start date (format: DD/MM/YYYY)
  • End date: End date (format: DD/MM/YYYY)
  • Calendar selector opens when clicked
Filter Persistence

Filters remain active while you navigate the platform. They are removed when you sign out or when you manually clear them. Be careful not to leave filters active without realizing it.

🔄 Sort Files​

Click on column headers to sort:

  • Type: Alphabetical order by MIME type (ascending/descending)
  • Format: Alphabetical order by format (ascending/descending)
  • File name: Alphabetical order by name (A-Z / Z-A)
  • Created: Chronological order by date (recent first / oldest first)

The ⬆️⬇️ icon indicates the active column and sort direction.

☑️ Multiple Selection​

Select Files​

  1. Check the checkbox next to each file you want
  2. Use the header checkbox to select/deselect all files on the page
  3. Selected files will be visually highlighted

🔧 Batch Actions​

With selected files, the available actions are activated at the top:

On Desktop:​

  • 🔍 ANALYZE FILES: Run detection on selected files
  • 🔗 TRACE FILES: Run traceability on selected files
  • 🛡️ PROTECT FILES: Run protection on selected files
  • 🗑️ Delete: Delete selected files

On Mobile:​

  • Same buttons but with icons only (no text)
Protection Restriction

For PROTECT FILES, you can only protect files of the same type simultaneously. If you select files of different types, the protection action will not be available or will fail.

For ANALYZE and TRACE, you can select files of different types without problem.

📄 Pagination​

At the bottom of the list:

  • Items per page: Selector to change items per page
    • Options: 5, 10, 15, 25, 100
  • Indicator: Shows "1 - 10 of 13" (example)
  • Navigation: Buttons for first page ⏮️, previous ◀️, next ▶️, last page ⏭️

🔴 Individual Actions​

Each file has three action buttons:

▶️ Preview Button (Desktop)​

  • Red button with play/arrow icon
  • Opens a file preview in a left sidebar panel
  • Shows a quick view of the content without entering full details
  • Only visible on large screens

⬇️ Download Button​

  • Red button with download icon
  • Downloads the file directly to your device
  • Visible on desktop; on mobile it's inside Details

☰ Details Button (Red Hamburger)​

  • Opens the complete detailed file view
  • Shows:
    • File preview (image, audio/video player, text viewer)
    • Detailed results for each process:
      • 🔍 Detection
      • 🔗 Traceability
      • 🛡️ Protection
    • Download option
    • Additional actions depending on file type

📊 Process States​

Each file can have different states for each of the three processes:

💡 Usage Tips​

  • Clear your filters: Regularly check active filters to ensure you're seeing all your files
  • Use search: It's faster to search by name than to navigate through pages
  • Sort strategically: Sort by date to see recent files or by name to find specific files
  • Efficient selection: Use filters first to reduce the list, then select all with the header checkbox
  • Mobile vs Desktop: On mobile, remember you need to enter details to download
