🔐 Registration and Login

Learn how to get access and sign in to the fAIr platform.

🎯 Ways to Access fAIr Platform​

There are two ways to get access to the platform:

1️⃣ Administrator-Created Account​

A system administrator can create an account for you:

  1. The administrator creates your account in the system
  2. They provide you with your credentials (username and password) in whatever way they deem appropriate (email, message, call, etc.)
  3. You can access the platform directly with those credentials
Note

You won't receive any activation link. Once the admin provides you with the credentials, you can log in immediately.

2️⃣ Google Login​

You can access directly using your Google account:

  1. On the login page, click "Continue with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. Authorize access to fAIr Platform
  4. Your account will be automatically created with standard user role
Google Access

Google login is available for any Gmail account, without domain restrictions.

🔓 Sign In​

With Username and Password (Admin-Created Accounts)​

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your username and password (provided by the administrator)
  3. Click "Sign In"

With Google​

  1. On the login page, click "Continue with Google"
  2. Select your Google account
  3. You'll be automatically redirected to the platform
Important for Google Users

If you signed in with Google, you must always use the Google button to access. You cannot use traditional username and password.

👤 Permissions and Access​

Google Account Users​

  • You get immediate access without needing administrator approval
  • Your account is automatically created with standard user role
  • By default, you have no active permissions
  • You must contact an administrator to be assigned the necessary permissions

Admin-Created Account Users​

  • The administrator can assign you permissions during account creation
  • If you don't have permissions, contact the administrator to request them

🔄 Recover or Change Password​

For Admin-Created Account Users​

If you forgot your password:

  1. Contact a system administrator
  2. The administrator will change your password
  3. They will provide you with the new password
  4. Use the new credentials to sign in
No Self-Recovery

There is no "forgot password" link. You must contact an administrator directly.

For Google Users​

  • You don't have a password in fAIr Platform
  • You must always use the "Continue with Google" button
  • If you have issues with your Google account, manage them directly through Google

🎮 Demo Mode​

fAIr Platform offers a demo mode to explore the platform without needing an account:

  • Allows you to try out main features
  • No registration or login required
  • Ideal for getting to know the platform before requesting access

🚪 Sign Out​

To sign out safely:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner
  2. Select "Sign Out" from the dropdown menu

Always sign out when using shared or public computers.
